Bipolar movie star LINDA HAMILTON has set up a new self-help programme to aid fellow manic depressants.
The TERMINATOR star was diagnosed with the disorder a decade ago after years of believing she was going insane with mood swings and tantrums.
And now she wants to help others through her Complete Wellness Program (corr).
She says, "I just feel the obligation now that I am so well to stand up and let people know that there's help."
Hamilton reveals her new programme is simple - a mix of the right medication, nutrition, lifestyle and exercise."
