MARILYN MANSON - TEESE TO TAKE BURLESQUE TO THE BIG SCREEN

MARILYN MANSON's sexy wife DITA VON TEESE is to take her burlesque skills to the big screen in a new WILLIE NELSON movie. The grizzled DUKES OF HAZZARD star has signed on to play the partner of a retired burlesque dancer, played by BRAZIL's KATHERINE HELMOND, in documentary maker LIAN LUNSON's first feature film. Together they act as mentors for a young ingenue (Teese) in THE BOOM BOOM ROOM. Lunson first worked with Nelson when she filmed documentary WILLIE NELSON DOWN HOME in the late 1990s. The documentarian is just about to release a film study of folk icon and poet LEONARD COHEN, called LEONARD COHEN: I'M YOUR MAN, which features tributes from BONO, NICK CAVE and RUFUS WAINWRIGHT.
