JAMES TAYLOR - TAYLOR TO BE HONOURED BY BIG NAMES

Singer/songwriter JAMES TAYLOR is set for a star-studded tribute when BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN, STING and PAUL SIMON take to the stage to honour him as the MusiCares Person Of The Year (06).

The superstars will join DIXIE CHICKS, CAROLE KING, DR JOHN and JACKSON BROWNE, among others, when Taylor is saluted for his achievements in music, as well as his devotion to philanthropy in the arts, environment and humanitarian causes. The event takes place on 6 February (06) in Los Angeles.

The MusiCares dinner will also feature a luxury item silent auction that includes an Ebony Gibson JR-200 Acoustic Electric Guitar signed by YOU CAN CALL ME AL hitmaker Simon.
