HILARY SWANK is celebrating another victory after winning an appeal to overturn her former landlord's claims she and her husband CHAD LOWE owe him $21,000 (GBP11,000) in back rent.
The OSCAR winner and her actor husband have spent the past three years battling ex-landlord RAIM JOSEPH after they left their New York apartment, claiming leaks had made it uninhabitable.
Joseph took the couple to court and a judge demanded Swank and Lowe pay up, but now an appeals court has thrown out the landlord's judgement and ordered a new trial.
