KIEFER SUTHERLAND - SUTHERLAND THRILLED TO BE GRANDFATHER

Actor KIEFER SUTHERLAND is thrilled to be a grandfather, even though he is only 39-years-old. The 24 star has a grandson, HAMISH, who was born last year (05). He explains, "I got married when I was 19. "The woman that I married, CAMELIA (KATH), had an eight-year-old daughter, whose father had passed away when she was three. "So I've raised her since she was eight and she is now 29. She got married two years ago and had a baby nine months after the wedding." Although the families are thrilled with the latest addition to their family - there has been one sticking point - the name Hamish. Sutherland adds, "It's a Scottish name. The Scottish side of our family loves that name. The Puerto Rican side of our family - does not."
