KIEFER SUTHERLAND - SUTHERLAND SIGNS UP FOR MORE 24

KIEFER SUTHERLAND has quashed rumours he plans to leave hit TV drama 24 by signing a lucrative deal tying him to the show for three more series. It has been reported the 39-year-old will earn in excess of $40 million (GBP23 million) for the acting portion of his new contract, which also includes a two-year development agreement for Sutherland's soon to launch production company. Sutherland had previously been dogged by rumours EDWARD NORTON was in negotiations to take over the role of JACK BAUER in the show in 2007.
