KIEFER SUTHERLAND - SUTHERLAND ACCUSED OF TRYING TO KISS MAN IN BAR

24 star KIEFER SUTHERLAND has been accused of trying to French kiss a man at a Los Angeles bar.

Website editor AL RIVERA says he was enjoying a drink with his then-girlfriend at the 4110 BAR in Silver Lake earlier this year (03), when an apparently drunk Sutherland waltzed up to him.

Rivera recalls, "He said to me, 'You're perfect. Can I kiss you?' He was so drunk he could barely stand."

Rivera, 25, tells American tabloid the STAR he reluctantly agreed to let the twice-married ex-lover of JULIA ROBERTS give him a quick peck on the cheek.

He continues, "He was so aggressive about it, I figured I'd let him do it. But then Kiefer grabbed my head and moved me toward him like he was going to kiss me on the lips. His tongue was coming out too. I pushed him on the chest to get rid of him."

Rivera's ex adds, "I thought the whole thing was hilarious. But Al didn't find it that funny."
