MARGO STILLEY - STILLEY EYES BRITISH CITIZENSHIP

American actress MARGO STILLEY plans to extend her stay in London by applying for British citizenship, because she's convinced Brits are "much more warmly received".

The 9 SONGS star, who lives in the English capital, believes travelling around the world will be easier with a UK passport.

Stilley says, "I'd like to add to my American citizenship. I live in London and I love it here, so it would mean I could stay here for longer.

"Plus, sometimes it's not easy traveling as an American. The British are much more warmly received.

"My accent is terrible. It sounds Australian."
