ROD STEWART - STEWART FEARS LANCASTER WEDDING IS OFF

ROD STEWART is panicking over his forthcoming wedding, because he suspects fiancee PENNY LANCASTER has changed her mind.

The aging rocker is desperate to marry the model-turned-photographer, who is pregnant with his seventh child, but fears they may never make it down the aisle.

But bride-to-be Lancaster insists she is just waiting until after the birth of their baby in December (05).

She says, "He keeps reminding me, saying, 'Have you forgotten that I've proposed to you?'

"Rod thinks I've changed my mind but I really haven't forgotten.

"This little thing inside me is my sole priority and I can't think of anything else right now. Only when he or she has come along can I look at taking the next step."
