ROD STEWART - STEWART CONSIDERS LIVING IN LAS VEGAS

British rocker ROD STEWART has been offered the chance to wow fans every night, with a residency in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The MAGGIE MAY hitmaker, who will perform at the gambling capital's MGM Grand in April (06), has been told he can name his price for either a one or three-year performance schedule, which would see him follow in the footsteps of SIR ELTON JOHN, CELINE DION and SIR TOM JONES.

A source tells British newspaper the Daily Express, "Rod is considering the name-your-price deal but he does have a lot to take into account - not least his new son ALASTAIR and wife-to-be PENNY (LANCASTER)."
