The GOODBYE MY LA EX stunner had promised to ditch tobacco after concerned Jeremy begged her to give up the habit - but the stress of her hectic work schedule, at the beginning of her solo career, drove the British babe to light up again.

A source tells British gossip magazine NEW, "She had sworn to him that she would stop, then the pressure of the promotion kicked in and she was off again. He was furious, and that was the start of the big fall out."

Happily, the pair have settled their differences and plan to marry in the next few years.
