Funnyman-turned-novelist STEVE MARTIN is the latest celebrity to sample America's reality TV trend by fronting a new show aimed at paying off students' tuition fees.
The BRINGIN' DOWN THE HOUSE star, who has just finished filming THE PINK PANTHER remake, will host THE SCHOLAR next year (05).
The new show is aimed at high school students struggling to finance their college years.
The contestants will compete in a number of academic challenges on a real-life college campus and the outright winner will be given the full four years of tuition to their chosen college.
