The stars paid tribute to the small screen veteran - who suffered a stroke last month (DEC04) - on his annual DICK CLARK'S NEW YEAR'S ROCKIN' EVE TV show.
Clark was forced to sit out the celebrations in New York's Times Square for the first time in 33 years.
