AEROSMITH - STARS PLAN BIRTHDAY SALUTE TO GUITAR GREAT LES PAUL

AEROSMITH star JOE PERRY and BUDDY GUY will join the stars paying tribute to LES PAUL as part of the guitar great's 90th birthday celebrations next month (07FEB06).

The guitarists will team up with the likes of MERLE HAGGARD, EDGAR WINTER and bluegrass star ALISON KRAUSS at a special Les Paul + Friends: 90th Birthday Salute show in Los Angeles.

Paul actually turned 90 last summer (05), and became the oldest living individual to appear on the Billboard 200 album chart when his LES PAUL + FRIENDS: AMERICA MADE, WORLD PLAYED CD debuted at number 152 in September (05).
