JERRY SPRINGER - SPRINGER AND GREEN TEAM UP TO TALK POLITICS

Talk show host JERRY SPRINGER is teaming up with funnyman TOM GREEN to develop a discussion show focusing on politics and pop culture.

The FREDDY GOT FINGERED star will join controversial Springer on series FAIRLY UNBALANCED, which producer LION'S GATE TELEVISION is now trying to sell to cable outlets.

Studio president KEVIN BEGGS says, "We've conceived this as a weekly series that reviews current events and pop culture in a populist way from the off-centre perspective of two larger-than-life, outrageous, irreverent and endearing personalities, who don't always agree.

"It will be informative yet entertaining. Just the thought of these two guys together makes you laugh."
