Pop beauty BRITNEY SPEARS has made peace with the makers of a diet aid pill, following a long-running dispute.

In 2003, the TOXIC singer was photographed spilling ZOLLER LABORATORIES' ZANTREX-3 pills from her bag at London's Heathrow Airport.

The controversial sighting prompted a pre-emptive federal lawsuit filed by the drug maker claiming the star was threatening to sue them for using her image without permission.

While the terms of the settlement remain confidential, a representative for the diet aid confirms that the matter has been resolved, reports MTV.COM.
