BRITNEY SPEARS - SPEARS' EX-HUSBAND PLANS TO CONQUER HOLLYWOOD

BRITNEY SPEARS' first husband is so keen to launch a Hollywood career, he has started a new production company.

JASON ALEXANDER hit the headlines in January 2003 when he married the star in a whirlwind Las Vegas ceremony, only for Spears to demand an annulment after just two days.

He says, "I have started a production company called JAA Entertainment, and I'm involved with a couple of movies in pre-production."

The 24-year-old is currently dating SHAR JACKSON, who coincidentally is mother to Britney's current husband KEVIN FEDERLINE's first two children.

Alexander adds, "I've been taking (acting) classes, and I have a couple of roles coming up."
