BRITNEY SPEARS has retaliated against press coverage of her battle with spots - by appearing in an American advert for acne cream.
The 23-year-old TOXIC superstar has been interviewed for the PROACTIV SOLUTION system infomercial by actress VANESSA WILLIAMS - which was first aired in America on 5 February (05).
SEAN 'P DIDDY' COMBS also appears in the extended advert and says, "I definitely had an acne problem and I have to make sure my sexy image is all the way right."
