SOUL ASYLUM - SOUL ASYLUM RETURN AFTER DEATH

Grunge rockers SOUL ASYLUM are set to release their first album since bassist KARL MUELLER's death in June (05), shortly after completing the recording.

Mueller lost his battle with cancer shortly after recording the album, CRAZY MIXED UP WORLD.

Frontman DAVE PIRNER tells music magazine Rolling Stone, "After the album was finished, Karl called me up and said he really liked it. That was all I needed to hear."

Pirner admits it has been a strange year - he saw his bandmate pass away and he became a father for the first time.
