ANNABELLA SCIORRA - SOPRANOS SCIORRA LANDS COP ROLE

Actress ANNABELLA SCIORRA has become the latest star of THE SOPRANOS to join the right side of the law as a cast member in the LAW + ORDER franchise.

Just weeks after The Sopranos co-star MICHAEL IMPERIOLI joined the cast of LAW + ORDER, Sciorra has announced she'll be an upcoming regular on spin-off LAW + ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT.

The actress, who played TONY SOPRANO's mistress in the hit series, will play police detective CAROLYN BAREK in the legal drama.

Imperioli and Sciorra aren't the first Sopranos star to join the Law + Order family - LORRAINE BRACCO once appeared on recently cancelled LAW + ORDER: TRIAL BY JURY and EDIE FALCO played a defence lawyer on Law + Order.
