SLIPKNOT - SLIPKNOT SHOWS CALLED OFF AFTER FAMILY DEATH

The members of SLIPKNOT were forced to call off shows scheduled for Thursday (27OCT05) and last night (28OCT05), following the death of group member SHAWN 'CLOWN' CRAHAN's father. The rockers, who were scheduled to perform in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on those dates, will return to the city on 8 November (05), replacing what was originally intended to be the second of a two-night stand in Worcester, Massachusetts.

The band's planned three-night run in New York City from tomorrow (30OCT05) has been cancelled, as has a Thursday (03NOV05) show in Lewiston, Maine.

The tour will resume on Friday (04NOV05) in the Canadian city of Montreal.
