JESSICA SIMPSON - SIMPSON CAUGHT UP IN SNEAKY SNAPPER'S SKIRT SHOTS CONTROVERSY

A photographer who took sneaky photographs up unsuspecting teenage girls' skirts while they were waiting in line to meet JESSICA SIMPSON has been charged.

The pop singer was meeting fans at a SEPHORA store in New York when snapper BRUCE BARTLING took advantage of young girls in the queue, using a tiny camera hidden in a bag.

Bartling has posted $10,000 (GBP5,500) bail and has been arraigned on two counts of unlawful surveillance and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
