JESSICA SIMPSON - SIMPSON AND JOHNSON NAMED WORST IN POP

JESSICA SIMPSON, JACK JOHNSON, WESTLIFE, MS DYNAMITE and THE PUSSYCAT DOLLS have 'won' the dubious honour of being named the worst musicians of the past year (05).

The Naomi Awards, organised by British digital broadcaster Music Choice, branded Simpson the Worst International Female Solo Artist and Johnson the Worst International Male Solo Artist.

Irish group Westlife were the biggest 'losers' this year (06), picking up Worst International Group and Worst International Album. They were also given a special award for Outstandingly Bad Contribution To Music.

Rapper Ms Dynamite was named Worst Urban Act, while sexy six-piece The Pussycat Dolls garnered the Worst International Breakthrough Artist title.

The scathing accolades are named after supermodel NAOMI CAMPBELL's brief attempt at a pop career and celebrate the worst of the music industry ahead of star-studded prize-giving the Brit Awards tonight (15FEB06).
