Canadian punk group SIMPLE PLAN are setting up a charity foundation for troubled teens.
The Simple Plan Foundation will raise funds for charities which offer teenagers help with issues ranging from suicide to addiction.
Guitarist JEFF STINCO told Rolling Stone magazine, "There are issues that we wanted to address that had a lot to do with family experiences and people around us."
