Sexy singer SHERYL CROW has dumped her toyboy lover JOSH CHARLES just two months after showing him off at New York's GRAMMY AWARDS - because she doesn't want to have his babies.

The 41-year-old ALL I WANNA DO beauty, who has dated ERIC CLAPTON and OWEN WILSON, made her romance with JOSH CHARLES, 31, public in February (03) - but already, things have gone awry.

A pal tells American magazine US WEEKLY, "They are no longer seeing each other. She's looking for The Guy, and he wasn't it.

"She's achieved success, and now she's looking to have kids with the right guy."

Charles, had dated actress JENNIFER CONNELLY before she fell for and married PAUL BETTANY.
