SHARON OSBOURNE - SHARON DITCHES CHOCOLATE

Rock matriarch SHARON OSBOURNE has officially given up eating chocolate today (22OCT03), after a nightmare bout of acid reflux last night (21OCT03).

The wife of OZZY OSBOURNE admits she has consumed tons of her favourite sugary snack throughout her life, but has now decided to ditch the habit after pains caused her to lose a full night's sleep.

She says, "I'm knackered. I've been up all night. I've got wicked acid reflux and it's because I live off chocolate and it's burning a hole (in my chest).

"So I have now decided this is the official day that Sharon gives up chocolate - no more chocolate for me!"

But her vow was quickly broken when SEX AND THE CITY hunk VICTOR WEBSTER offered her a chocolate-covered strawberry and DAME EDNA EVERAGE handed her a sweet treat. She'll now put in the ban in place from tomorrow (23OCT03).
