SHAKIRA is set to become the first artist to sing entirely in Spanish at the MTV Video Music Awards, when she performs at the show later this month (AUG05).
The curvaceous beauty will make history when she performs her Spanish-language single LA TORTURA at the 28 August (05) show in Miami.
Shakira will join new addition LUDACRIS, as well as KANYE WEST, THE KILLERS, MARIAH CAREY, GREEN DAY and KELLY CLARKSON at the show.
