SELENA'S FAMILY MEET FOR 10TH ANNIVERSARY INTERVIEW

Slain Mexican superstar SELENA's family have come together publicly for the first time since the singer's death a decade ago, to reveal she may have been pregnant when she was murdered.

The celebrated Tejano singer was shot by her former fan club president YOLANDA SALDIVAR in March 1995.

To mark the 10th anniversary of the tragedy that rocked South America, Selena's family are coming forward with new revelations surrounding her death.

Spanish-language showbusiness magazine LATINA reunited the QUINTANILLA family for a candid interview as they plan to mourn their loss at a host of anniversary memorial events.

In the interview, Selena's father ABRAHAM insists he has evidence he believes proves that Saldivar had tried to kill his daughter four times before the day she shot her, and he reveals that the beloved singer was planning to start a family when she died.

He states his daughter confided in her family the day before her death - she and husband CHRIS PEREZ were planning to start a family and she had made a doctor's appointment to have a contraceptive device removed.

Meanwhile, in the interview, Selena's husband reveals, for the first time, how he coped with his wife's death.

He says, "I used to sleep with pictures of her, just snapshots of her without make-up, dusting - how I saw her. I used to carry a book of pictures around with me, just stacks of her.

"I'd go to a friend's house, and there'd be people mingling, and I'd be this dude in the corner somewhere with my pictures... This is 10 years later and I'm doing the best I can."
