Newlywed singer SEAL and his supermodel wife HEIDI KLUM are set to cash in on their first marital home after placing it on the market just one year after they bought it.
The couple purchased the Bel-Air, Los Angeles, home for $4.3 million (GBP2.4 million) in 2005 and now hope to sell it for $5.5 million (GBP3 million).
The property features city-to-coastline views, a pool and landscaped lawns.
