SCARLETT JOHANSSON - SCARLETT'S MISERABLE VACATION

SCARLETT JOHANSSON had a miserable December (04) after a car crash ruined her time off plans.

The pretty actress was hoping to take a lengthy vacation after having her tonsils removed but instead spent her time off nursing her sister after the pair were involved in a car accident.

She says, "I thought I was going to be coddled and have all this time off and then the day before I got them (tonsils) removed I got into a car accident with my sister, who was supposed to be taking care of me.

"I ended up having to, like, bathe her in a sponge bath."

Johansson admits it was a miserable time but she felt it was the least she could do as the accident was her fault.

She adds, "It was my absolutely my fault. I was juggling a lot of things... My sister had this horrible foot that was swelling with blood."
