SUSAN SARANDON - SARANDON'S THEORY ON MESSY MEN

Actress SUSAN SARANDON believes men are untidy because they don't get to spray their territories with bodily fluids.

The THELMA + LOUISE star used to clean houses to help fund herself through college, and she was disgusted by a lot of the mess she came across - which led to her developing her own theories about the opposite sex.

She says, "I'm sure no one cleaned (the homes) until I got there because they were just a shambles. Some people still owe me money - and I remember that!

"But my theory that I formed after cleaning apartments - 'cause they were all guys' apartments, of course - was that since male animals, homosapiens, can't spray their territory, they just litter it with whatever they've got!"
