ADAM SANDLER - SANDLER BEATEN UP IN LOVE SCENE WITH TEA

ADAM SANDLER's latest love scene with his onscreen wife TEA LEONI was a painful experience - he was beaten up in bed.

The scene in SPANGLISH called for Leoni, who is married to DAVID DUCHOVNY in real life, to pound on the HAPPY GILMORE star's chest during her climax - and the actress took the role to heart.

Sandler recalls, "It was hurting. The camera kept rolling and Tea kept whacking. It did hurt my chest.

"After take six she was still going for it. My make-up girl would have to run in between takes and put flesh colour make-up back on my chest."
