BLACK FLAG star HENRY ROLLINS is so determined to express anger through his music he is prepared to sack his band if they fail to get grumpy. The singer-turned-writer insists he is still an "angry man", and wants to create sonic fury at its most intense. He says, "I'm an angry man. I don't kick dogs or hit kids, but I'm p**sed, so that will come through the music. "Basically, if I was in the studio today and I wrote some songs by sundown it's be an angry batch of music. "And if it wasn't angry I'd get a new band to make sure they got that feeling across for me."
