SIN CITY film-maker ROBERT RODRIGUEZ has denied suggestions he is dating sexy actress ROSE MCGOWAN, just days after announcing his split from his wife of 16 years ELIZABETH AVELLAN. Rumours began flying when the 37-year-old director and MCGowan, 32, were seen together - but Rodriguez insists their relationship is purely professional. His representative tells PageSix.com, "Rose is working with Robert on a yet-to-be-announced project. They have a professional relationship." Rodriguez and Avellan insist their separation is amicable and they plan to raise their five children together, as well as continuing to work professionally as partners in their Troublemaker Studios production company.
