Rodney Dangerfield - Rodney Dangerfield Laid To Rest

RODNEY DANGERFIELD was laid to rest over the weekend (09/10OCT04), in a ceremony attended by a range of stars, including fellow comedians ADAM SANDLER, JIM CARREY and CHRIS ROCK.

JAY LENO, TIM ALLEN and GEORGE LOPEZ were also among the nearly 400 mourners paying their respects at the Westwood Memorial Cemetery in California.

Sandler and Carrey, who spoke at the ceremony, even served as Dangerfield's pallbearers, while MICHAEL BOLTON was a musical soloist.

The 82-year-old CADDYSHACK star died last week (ends08OCT04) after experiencing complications from heart-valve replacement surgery he underwent in August (04).
