Rocker Mcmahon Diagnosed With Leukaemia

ANDREW McMAHON, lead singer of rock acts SOMETHING CORPORATE and JACK'S MANNEQUIN, has been diagnosed with acute lymphatic leukaemia.

As a result of medical treatments, which doctors believe will be successful, the rocker has been forced to bow out of planned tours for both of his bands.

Jack's Mannequin have been on the road for a few weeks and have gigs scheduled up until a 13 June (05) show in Dallas, Texas.

After the Jack's Mannequin dates, Something Corporate were due to play some festival dates before joining the VANS WARPED TOUR for a 13-show run during in August (05).

Despite the cancellation of the tours and his treatment, McMahon has insisted that the debut Jack's Mannequin album, EVERYTHING IN TRANSIT, will still be released in August (05).
