British pop star ROBBIE WILLIAMS' Australian tour has met with disaster after a 23-year-old man fell from a balcony during a show.
The unnamed fan is in critical condition after falling from an upper tier at Williams' show at the TELSTRA DOME in Melbourne yesterday (11DEC03).
The man was dancing when he fell onto a female fan below him, who cushioned his fall and may have prevented death. The man was treated by medics at the venue and then taken to a nearby hospital.
The Testra Dome show set a new venue record, with 58,163 people crammed in to watch the ROCK DJ star.
