THE MATRIX star KEANU REEVES is going back to the future in his latest movie, in which he'll play an undercover agent who can change his identity - and face.
A SCANNER DARKLY, which will be shot in live action and then animated, is based on a PHILIP K DICK NOVEL, and will be produced by GEORGE CLOONEY and STEVEN SODERBERGH's SECTION 8 company.
The story takes place in the future, where undercover agents change their faces along with their identities.
Reeves plays one such officer, whose overuse of the drug Substance D causes him to develop a split personality.
