Former S CLUB singer RACHEL STEVENS is ready to turn her back on music, for a new career as an actress.
Despite the British chart success of her debut solo single SWEET DREAMS MY LA EX, Rachel, 25, says her tiring schedule has left her questioning her future in pop.
Stevens says, "I am so tired at the moment, I am always on the go. I was used to long hours in this business when I was with S Club but now I am solo, it's even more tiring. I'm really worn out, shattered in fact."
Rachel's so jaded by the pressures of chart fame, she's even considering following former bandmate HANNAH SPEARRITT into acting.
The star, who appeared in the S Club TV series and movie SEEING DOUBLE, says, "I definitely want to give acting a go. I want to be doing what Hannah's doing... working in Los Angeles. I would love to do that."
