And the SWEET DREAMS MY LA EX singer claims her paranoia is worsened when she sees her imperfections sprawled across tabloid front pages.

Rachel says, "This business does make you more self-conscious about your body image. It makes you more critical.

"Sometimes I think, 'Oh God, I look really fat.' The last thing you want to see is your faults magnified across a national newspaper."
