Model RACHEL HUNTER has landed a lucrative $4.8 million (GBP3 million) deal to front a new range of cosmetics worldwide.

The ex-wife of rocker ROD STEWART and former squeeze of pop prince ROBBIE WILLIAMS will act as spokesmodel for the YOLANDA HALSTON range of make-up.

Bosses chose the 33-year-old New Zealander because of her "perfect skin" and "international appeal".

A company source says, "Rachel has exactly what we are looking for. She is elegant, sophisticated and is known in every corner of the globe.

"She will be on billboards and in magazines everywhere."

Meanwhile Rachel is also expanding her acting horizons - the sexy star due to fly to Britain from her Los Angeles home to begin shooting TV drama series DENIAL with English actress EMILY LLOYD.
