QUEER EYE FOR THE STRAIGHT GUY - QUEER EYE FOR THE STRAIGHT GUY HIT WITH LAWSUIT

NEWS BY ARTIST ALPHABETICALLY

An ousted castmember of TV hit QUEER EYE FOR THE STRAIGHT GUY has filed a breach of contract suit against the show's producers for replacing him after he filmed just two episodes.

BLAIR BOONE, 31, was replaced with 26-year-old Broadway star JAI RODRIGUEZ on the BRAVO series in April (03) - long before the show's successful summer (03) debut.

Boone, who signed a full-year, 37-episode contract with the series, is suing for $105,000 (GBP65,000) - his $3,000 (GBP1,875) per episode salary for each of the 35 unfilmed episodes.

The freelance music journalist says, "I just expect them to honour the contract."
