THE BOURNE SUPREMACY star FRANKA POTENTE has rubbished reports her ex-boyfriend ELIJAH WOOD is a homosexual.

The German actress met Wood on the set of ALL I WANT in 2002 and, despite the fallout of their turbulent romance, she insists he adores women.

Potente was shocked about rumours he is dating his LORD OF THE RINGS co-star DOMINIC MONAGHAN and believes people presume he's gay because of his boyish appearance.

She says, "Oh God, no. He loves the ladies. I think that because he's not super-tall, people conjecture stuff up."
