ROBERT PLANT is considering staging a summit meeting with former LED ZEPPELIN bandmates JOHN PAUL JONES and JIMMY PAGE after upsetting them by not attending the GRAMMYS (13FEB05).
Plant was promoting his new solo album, MIGHTY ARRANGER, in Milan, Italy, and couldn't attend the prizegiving, where Led Zeppelin were presented with a Lifetime Achievement honour.
His decision to stay away upset Page and Jones, who did attend.
Plant admits he partly regrets his decision now, accepting it was a great opportunity to get back up onstage with his former bandmates.
He says, "I would have put my robes on and my crown, my sceptre... What a way to spend the weekend.
"It'd be nice to get together to see if we have anything to argue about."
