Hollywood actor BRAD PITT is adopting lover ANGELINA JOLIE's two children, according to his publicist.
The TROY star has applied to become four-year-old MADDOX, and nine-month-old ZAHARA MARLEY's adoptive father, and if his application is successful, their surnames will be changed to JOLIE-PITT.
The couple met on the set of movie MR AND MRS SMITH; becoming an item in the wake of Pitt's January (05) split with then wife JENNIFER ANISTON .
Pitt's publicist CINDY GUAGENTI says, "We are confirming that Brad Pitt is in the process of becoming the adoptive father of both children."
