BRAD PITT - PITT AND ANISTON'S COMPANY MOVES TO PARAMOUNT

Estranged Hollywood couple BRAD PITT and JENNIFER ANISTON are moving their production company PLAN B from WARNER BROS to PARAMOUNT PICTURES after their business partner BRAD GREY became Paramount's CEO.

The couple and producer Grey started Plan B in 2002, which is set to release its first big film CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY next month (JUL05).

Grey enthuses, "It's been no secret that I've wanted Plan B to have a home at Paramount, and it's especially gratifying to be bringing Brad and my old friends and colleagues from Plan B over as one of our first major production deals for the studio."

Pitt adds, "Having great respect for Brad's vision, we're excited for this opportunity to continue building our company in partnership with him and his team at Paramount."

Grey took over as chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Paramount earlier this year (05).
