WALK THE LINE - PHOENIX AND WITHERSPOON AMONG CMT NOMINEES

WALK THE LINE stars JOAQUIN PHOENIX and REESE WITHERSPOON have been lauded for their musical talent as well as acting - picking up a nod at this year's (06) CMT Music Awards. Phoenix, who plays JOHNNY CASH in the acclaimed biopic, and his Oscar-winning co-star, have been nominated for Collaborative Video of the Year for their duet JACKSON. The track originally earned country legend Cash and JUNE CARTER a Grammy in 1967. Phoenix and Witherspoon will face tough competition from BRAD PAISLEY and DOLLY PARTON, FAITH HILL with TIM MCGRAW and BON JOVI with JENNIFER NETTLES of SUGARLAND at the ceremony - which will takes place on 10 April (06) in Nashville, Tennessee.
