PHISH - PHISH STARS REUNITE FOR SUMMER TOUR

PHISH bandmates TREY ANASTASIO and MIKE GORDON are to reunite for a month-long US tour two years after announcing the end of their cult band. The duo will be backed by jazz-rockers BENEVENTO/RUSSO DUO on the tour, which will include 10 dates with GRATEFUL DEAD star PHIL LESH. The Anastasio and Gordon reunion news has given Phish fans fresh hope that the group may fully reform. In a recent interview, guitarist Anastasio stated that a full band reunion is "definitely not 100 per cent out of the question". Meanwhile, Gordon tells Rolling Stone magazine, "Everybody's getting along really well. There's no reason it couldn't happen."
