GWYNETH PALTROW - PALTROW ENLISTS NANNY HELP

Actress GWYNETH PALTROW employed a nanny immediately after her daughter APPLE's birth to ensure her lack of motherhood skills didn't result in disaster.

The SHAKESPEARE IN LOVE beauty - married to COLDPLAY frontman CHRIS MARTIN - was terrified of accidentally hurting her baby upon their return home from hospital, so she hired a trained carer to help out.

She says, "I had a baby nurse when she was first born who showed me basically how to do everything.

"I was so afraid I was going to squash her or do something horrible by accident but she showed me how to bathe her and got us on a schedule... and I've had no nanny since."
