Rocker OZZY OSBOURNE is writing a Broadway musical based on the life of the Russian monk RASPUTIN.
The former BLACK SABBATH frontman says he's already got material penned for the show and plans to record the score in a new studio he's building on the grounds of the Osbourne family home in California.
Ozzy says he'll release the complete recording, as well as any other future albums, independently.
The rocker recently parted ways with SONY MUSIC after more than 20 years with the company.
